He has an architectural background, was a director on the board of the SA Chefs Association, and has an interest in interior design. He worked for one of the leading Catering companies for 16 years

and was the General Manager of the Design Division

Joined the team at the beginning of 2016. He has professional qualifications in Revit, AutoCAD and Inventor. He is the project manager and assistant designer on Dewar’s projects.
